How Has Gym Changed My Life?

After that unfortunate event, I decided to go to the gym to forget things and lose weight. I ate a lot when stressed because eating helped me calm down. The more I ate, the more I felt better. Then, it was counterproductive. I began to get fat. That was not good for me since I had a medical record of high cholesterol and diabetes (it is genetic in my family). I wanted to go to the gym for a long time but was too lazy. I didn’t find the motivation to go to the gym even though I used to walk in a park near my house every afternoon, but eventually, I quit. I guess because I was too lazy. Then, since that unfortunate event happened and I found motivation, I decided to join the gym after all. The motivation is fashion. Let me explain to you, even though it will sound silly. My aunt is going to have a baby. She will give birth this September. Her husband’s family is Catholic. So, there will be a Baptism. I will attend the ceremony and wear the best suit. The suit will be tailored.

Since I am overweight, I need to lose weight to be fit in the suit. And keep my body in shape. I registered for Planet Fitness. It only costs $10 per month, but you can only use that membership in one location and all the equipment in the gym. There is $24 you can use all the services of Planet Fitness. It has been a month since I go to the gym, and there are some results that I want to share with you about the benefits of the gym. Of course, you may have known all about the usefulness. But these are from my experience.
I can release all the stress of the day: I will run the treadmill whenever I feel stressed. The more I run, the more I feel better. I helps me to forget what happened to me on that day. When I run, it is like running into a better thing. I don’t look back. I keep running and running.
I can sleep better: I usually have a problem sleeping for a while. After the gym, I can sleep better at night without interruption.
I can focus on things: This is new to me. I cannot stay focused recently. But the gym helps me to stay focused and work productively in every project. Not only that, I can write more and have more ideas.
I can lose weight: This is important because losing weight is my priority. The weight I lost is a little but it shows an effort.
I can tire myself: Perhaps, it is weird to say. But making myself tired is an excellent way to make me feel better. At least there is something that can help me to realize I have things to do.
Going gym is that fun. It would be best if you went to the gym. I recommend you go at 6 p.m. or later at night but don’t eat anything. It is time to work out better. Nowadays, the chance we can get high cholesterol and heart-related diseases is high. So it is best if you start to work out. Prevention is better than cure.
