I really love this movie because of its accuracy on the actual event. Even though it is a comedy, but the joke inside Vice had reflected the truth and the darkness on what had happened. There was a scene in the restaurant where Dick Cheney and his fellow seniors were introduced all the plan on starting a war. Cheney didn't mind to use his power to manipulate everything in the politics. His power is even bigger than the president of the United States at that time, George W. Bush. When Dick Cheney became the vice president, he decided to put his hands in everything and from that, he would control things easier. He even abused the executive power of the president to decide.

But the funny thing was the way it was introduced. They were customers who were ready to order and their food would be war plans. Once they were recommended what food they should order, they would choose the best dish, which was the best plan. Christian Bale had done a great job when he played Dick Cheney. As you know, Christian Bale is familiar with his role as Batman in The Dark Knight Trilogy. He is also famous for method acting. He gained a lot of weight for this role and after that, he returned to his normal body. He has portrayed the image of Dick Cheney in the best way ever. From every moment to his voice, Bale brought out a Dick Cheney as the most powerful figure in the White House of all time.

Vice is one of the most participated movie of 2018. Even though it was nominated at the Oscar for many important categories and won one, the impact of Vice, which had placed on popular culture, is undeniable. It talked about how the government jeopardize with lives of people and play a dangerous game in war. Highly recommend.
