Movie Week #2: House of Gucci: A Fall From Grace

I read some negative reviews about House Of Gucci and they definitely killed the ideal and the beauty of this movie brings to the audience. For a long time, the theme of famous families in history has been always an interesting topic for directors to make. But it is not always good because it does not have any depth or reflect reality. House Of Gucci by Ridley Scott, is completely different.

First, let’s talk about the cast. An amazing A-list star. The talent of Lady Gaga as Patrizia Reggiani is superb and more than what we have been expected. It has the evil, the malignant, and the scared in her. Then, Al Pacino, Jared Leto, and Adam Driver are all wonderful and together they created a tragedy of the Gucci. It is like they are the real Gucci family member.

Second, it is about the plot. Gucci is not only a luxury brand. It is a curse and a sad story. Gucci family members, one by one, have killed the legacy of their family and pushed it to the cliff. You can see your family inside this movie because not every family is perfect and happy. With me, House Of Gucci has something very special and very seductive that instead of together finding out the way to make Gucci more famous, more influence, they just tried to blame each other, against each other, betray each other. Slowly, Gucci is no longer their name, and fun fact, there is no Gucci family member in Gucci right now. A downfall began when a wicked woman named Patrizia Reggiani stepped into the house of Gucci.

Finally, it is the costume. Oh my God, they are so beautiful. It must be. This is about Gucci and every design must be seductive, luxurious, elegant. Overall, House Of Gucci has done a great job when it has brought the audience to behind the curtain of all the fame of Gucci. It is not only a brand name, but it is also a tragedy that even William Shakespeare was still alive, but he would also have been stunned by the Gucci family.

The legacy has been completely destroyed and what left for Gucci. Well, nothing. Everything has fallen into somebody else and Gucci is only known for a luxury brand name. Not anyone who was behind it. Highly recommend.
