INDICTMENT: Trump is indicted, again. But this time is huge.

The stories about Trump are like loops that will never end. Since Donald Trump became the president of the United States of America, people have begun to talk a lot about him. Both conservative and liberal media. They could always find something to talk about him. But this time is different. 2023 is a bad year for Trump because a former president is indicted twice for the first time in history. The former president is facing 37 counts of keeping hundreds of classified documents in his possession after his presidency. According to the Washington Post, the 37 counts include 31 counts of “willful retention of national defense information,” which is an act of espionage, 3 counts of “withholding or concealing documents in a federal investigation”, 2 counts of “false statements about classified documents being turned over to law enforcement and an alleged scheme to hide Trump's continued possession of the materials,” and 1 count of “conspiracy to obstruct justice.” And Trump, of course, didn’t accept that truth. He went on and called it a “hoax.” He must be paranoid right now.

The prosecution of a former US president on federal charges is unprecedented in American history. And this case is made even more special because Mr. Trump is the leading Republican candidate running for the White House in 2024. Investigators seized about 13,000 documents from Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, nearly a year ago. According to Reuters, the 100 files were classified, although one of Trump’s attorneys previously said all of the classified files had been returned to the government. The indictment of Trump is a big challenge for him because he is seeking to return to the White House in 2024.

However, the chance of winning is meager because, with his indictments right now, the American people will probably not want a criminal inside the White House to lead the nation. Last year, the FBI found in his resort Mar-A-Largo a hundred classified documents which had shocked the whole nation, and now, he was charged with it. It has shown that Trump is careless when handling those documents. I mean, if you look at the larger picture. Former presidents always had classified documents, but they will never be found out because they know how to keep them safe and sound. Even if the FBI, CIA, or DOJ try to get something from them to prosecute, they can never do it. Why? Perhaps those classified documents have been destroyed, made copies, and placed safely elsewhere. Now, Trump chose Mar-A-Largo to be his safe to store hundreds of documents, which turned out to be a terrible move of his. Didn’t he know anything about the word “security”?

Look at all the file boxes that were kept in Mar-A-Largo. They were in the ballroom, restroom, his bedroom, and God knows where else he kept them. It was so dumb. But anyway, Trump brought this on himself after all. The needle inside a bag will one day be shown. Trump had done so many illegal things when he was the president. He was put on impeachment trials twice and got away with it. He is currently indicted twice and faces federal charges. If he is found guilty, he will spend the rest of his life in prison. This is perhaps the end of the Trump empire. The Democrats and Trump haters are now laughing out loud. They must be pleased seeing their biggest rival is being indicted, and they will probably have a party if Trump goes to prison. Of course, they must be joyful because they wanted to bring him down for a long time. Do you know what the funny thing is? Even though sometimes Trump didn’t do anything, they still hated him. The Republicans and MAGA followers are now on fire. Why not? Trump’s indictment is a big slap to their face when they see their “idol” is going to prison. But don’t they know one thing? No one is above the law. Their president was indicted with 37 counts of criminal charges by the Department of Justice, which they must have investigated carefully before prosecuting Trump. They must understand the laws more than anyone because they were law students before becoming politicians. However, they didn’t understand anything of that. That is so sad. It is the time for America to open its eyes and look into reality. Trump is a criminal right now, and nothing can change it. Maybe he will not be charged with all 37 counts but will be charged and go to prison. That’s for sure. Let us not forget that no one is above the law. Equal Justice Under Law.

All the classified documents that Trump kept related to national security and top secret documents of the government that could not be released to foreign countries. But the biggest question is how the hell on earth Donald Trump could keep those classified documents. They include documents that relate to nuclear weapons. Holy smoke that is not good at all. When it comes to the national secret, the security system must be involved to keep those classified documents safe. Do Edward Snowden and Jack Teixeira ring any bell at all? I have substantial doubts about our national security system. The possibility that Trump can keep those classified documents can be understood like this. Now, this is just my assumption.

The first possibility, Trump wanted to keep those documents as a weapon for the 2024 election. Trump will never admit that he lost in the 2020 election, claiming it was stolen. The 2024 election is his chance to get back into the White House. With all the classified documents that he had in his hands, which his team may have studied, Trump can use them to have specific plans for his 2024 election and turn them into an ace against Joe Biden and other candidates. In another way, Trump may have known all the secrets within his party, Democrats, FBI, DOJ, and Pentagon. Welcome to the 4.0 Watergate.

The second possibility, Trump committed to some crime that he needed to hide away. You must all remember the 2016 scandal when there was a chance that Russia interfered in the 2016 election that helped Trump become the president. Until right now, I still believe that the change could happen. And among those classified documents, he probably, included some illegal business when he was the president. I cannot know for sure if it happens. But Trump has been a crook even before he was the president. Keeping those classified documents would make it easier for him to destroy them.

The third possibility, Trump has a significant connection. He made himself a lot of enemies and allies. He could pull some strings to access those classified documents. Or I can think in this way. His administration and his allies knew that Trump would lose the 2020 election, and they might all have done bad things that might be investigated. So they needed to collect all the classified documents and ship them to Mar-A-Largo and keep them there safe. It is the only way Trump could get away with his crimes. He was so worried about being in prison. Oh boy.

On Tuesday, June 13, Trump will appear in Miami to appear in court for his federal criminal charges. It will be a big day with MAGA followers standing outside to show their support to their cult leader. But whatever happens on that day, it will be fun because the end of Trump is coming.
