Boulevard Of Broken Dreams by Green Day is a perfect song, and the rhythm is very catchy and has many deep meanings. The song is very suitable for anyone who is walking their lonely way. It tells your feeling, and you can not find it in any song. This song is about a man trying to find someone who likes him for who he is and loves him without any conditions. But unfortunately, he can't find that person.

Boulevard Of Broken Dreams is also about being afraid to be alone. From that message, we can make inferences that this is depression, and this guy meets the end of his world, so he wants to commit suicide. I can also see this song as being about how the 'American Dream' and the idealistic view that everyone will be able to make something of themselves on their own generally is completely wrong because life isn't like that. I can also see how it's about depression, though, and Boulevard Of Broken Dreams is about what this guy feels inside.

Boulevard Of Broken Dreams

Depression and sadness is the primary color of this song. This guy has lost his mind; he knows that whatever he does in life will never be good, and he'll commit suicide sooner or later. He wishes that someone would soon help him escape this situation. He feels unfortunate; he’s near death. "I walk a lonely road, the only one that I have ever known. Don't know where it goes, but it's only me and I walk alone." This guy is all alone and wants somebody to be with him as he walks the boulevard of broken dreams, which is his lost life. In the chorus, the lyric: "Sometimes I wish someone up there would find me" suggests that he is longing for someone like him. Continuing, “I walk this empty street/On the boulevard of broken dreams/Where the city sleeps/And I'm the only one, and I walk alone.” The loneliness that no one understands, only he can understand. And that's all he knows. He wishes someone would find him and walk with him. He is walking away from something, hence the Broken Dreams part, with no hope at all.

My shadow's the only one that walks beside me/My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating.” Life must have light, the light of hope and dream; of course, it will have some darkness too. But in his life, there is no light, only dark, and because of too lonely, the shadow is his only friend, music is his beating heart. A life like that has no reason to live. “Sometimes I Wish Someone Out There Will Find Me,” I think it's saying that sometimes he wishes someone was on his page feeling the same thing he is and understanding what he's going through, and until then, he walks alone.

It's sort of a metaphor for life. This guy is all alone, and he wants somebody to be with him as he walks the boulevard of broken dreams, which is life. This song sings for people who need love and their lives to meet the end. Those people are speechless because they have no one to talk and share their stories. This song also targets young people who are innocent, sweet, and don’t understand life. They usually come and find the dead to be their only solution for them at that moment. They try to go out entirely alone, then life will be very lonely, and if they fail since not everybody can make it to the top and ultimately fulfill their dreams. It doesn't really have anything to do with them actually walking by themselves, but in their minds, they are all alone and depressed. This song also represents people who are LGBTQ because society somehow is still strict about people like them. They live in shadows and can live for themselves for one day. They keep the secret and are alone all the time. That’s why through this song, society needs to focus more on people with open hearts to give them love and accept who they are.
